The ridiculous hypocrisy of the American right wing beggars belief. As does the support it receives from its mentally challenged, God fearing base. On one hand: we want small Government and keep yer hand off my dollars. On the other hand: the Government says you can't have an abortion and stop gambling. WTF?
However, in the God fearing backwoods, money talks. With casinos generating millions of dollars for their states, it won't be long before any moral high ground is bypassed and gambling is promoted as the new salvation for the recession generation. Hallelujah!

Politicians who campaigned with God on their side against the greed and Mammon of the casino will now overlook any temple money lenders to ensure re-election at any cost.
